We raised thousands this way for lisa's trip to ireland to run in the marathon. Lets break that record, any sugestions on how to get the word out more
LilShadow is broke now and their going to shut off her lights on Friday.
LilShadow had been diagnosed with Aggressive Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, which is cancer of the lymph nodes. While it is definitely suppose to be one of the more curable cancers I guess you could say, she also has Lupus which she was diagnosed with a few years ago. People with Lupus apparently are more susceptible to this type of cancer. Due to the Lupus and having a deficient immune system it has made it harder for them to treat, so she has been doing immuno-therapy which is suppose to be easier on the immune system then chemo. Unfortunately it has taken longer then chemo would've but at the least amount of risk, but it is just not strong enough and the next option is to switch to chemo as it seems her immune system is getting stronger and at least the Lupus looks like it may be going into remission.

Re: Save Lil Shadow
Sat, July 16, 2005 - 6:47 AMSo far we have been able to keep the phone and lights on.
Now we have to kick this up a bit, to raise enough so that she can resume the chemo.
