While it is definitely suppose to be one of the more curable cancers I guess you could say, she also has Lupus which she was diagnosed with a few years ago. People with Lupus apparently are more susceptible to this type of cancer. Due to the Lupus and having a deficient immune system it has made it harder for them to treat, so she has been doing immuno-therapy which is suppose to be easier on the immune system then chemo.
